Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods so we can start the return/exchange process. We will cover freight to re-send the goods but you must post back to our head office yourself, If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery.
Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and agreed upon by both parties, you will be offered an exchange. With our exchange, you will receive a store credit to the value of your items (minus the original shipping costs and duties paid) so you can repurchase from our online store.
